L’auberge est géniale! Super bien située, super conviviale et le staff est vraiment sympathique. Et Matera est une ville absolument fascinante! Il faut y rester minimum deux ou trois nuits pour bien la découvrir.

"Comfort, toilet super clean( even clean than some Airbnb I stay) cozy, value of money, good location near Sassi di Mater"

Room and toilet maintain very well and clean, specially the toilet very clean and with two hand basin, two toilet bowls and two showers room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hardly hostel have so clean toilet and bath room. Very quiet hostel can get really good sleep. Around 200m walk to Sassi di Matera around less then 5 mins.

"Parfait pour quelques jours"

Très bien entretenu et à deux pas du centre de Matera. Nous pouvons utiliser la cuisine, tout y est à disposition et libre d’accès. J’ai été très bien accueillie et le départ s’est fait facilement

"Crazy Micromanagement by Owner"

Cleanliness and comfort of the Hostel

Micromanagement with conditions before and on arrival. I couldn't drop off my backpack earlier in the day ( which destroyed my afternoon in Matera) .as it might DISTURB cleaning staff. Uoon check in at 3 pm when I'm rushing for a walking tour I was shown a demonstration on how to open the front door lock and then made to lock and unlock the door so I could be seen to be competent. If there's a problem with the front door lock then fix or replace it . Don't waste people's time. RIDICULOUS It felt like I was checking in for surgery rather than a hostel.

Amei ficar nesse hostel!!! Tudo é ótimo: o quarto, banheiro, limpeza, atenção das funcionárias. Eu não usei a cozinha/ copa mas vi como o local é organizado, limpo, muito prático. Ponto alto para a Valéria que me ajudou enormemente a comprar a minha passagem de retorno e me deu dicas de lugares ótimos para comer. A moça da limpeza e a outra moça da recepção são ambas muito atenciosas, prestativas, acolhedoras, tranquilas. Excelente equipe de trabalho. Amei, amei!!!

Nada! Gostei de tudo!! Queria ficar mas tempo!!
