"The staff are very friendly and helpful"

Breakfast was good as well as it being located centrally and it make it easy to reach different places

The bathrooms need to be cleaned properly especially the shower

"Regrettable and fraudulently expensive"

Nothing special

1. Too few items for breakfast 2. Exact same breakfast every day 3. Fraudulent Check-in versus checkout. Checked in around 11pm on arrival but forced to checkout at 10am. 4. The worst customer relations ever.

"Never ever coming back."

The mere fact these visitors aren’t allowed and have to pay N$400 is wrong on all levels. I booked a double bed and was given a single bed. Talk about poor service.

Allow visitors. We don’t stay on Windhoek and if visitors want to come am restricted or have to pay. That is wrong on all levels.

"Value for money, clean, spacious, nice atmosphere."
