The Treehouse at Salcombe Farm

Fantastic directions. It was quiet with great views from the garden. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very good quality of furnishings and bedding. Lovely walk to Salcombe.

On arrival I noted the outside areas were tired and messy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleared all winter. The steps were unstable with one of them having rotted along the path down to the house. Hosts slow to respond when I needed to ask something so was unable to cook on the hob.

The property was so cosy and everyone was very friendly. Lovely people ...lovely place

On arrival we did feel a little disappointed. The treehouse didn’t look anywhere near as large as the photos. It was however very warm and comfortable. We had a lovely stay for my 60th birthday. Slept really well. Once the dark set in, the treehouse was enchanting. The stars were shining and it was so peaceful.

On arrival there seemed to be an awful lot of rules and regulations and extra charges that may be incurred for stains on the towels, breakages and where rubbish should be put. The entrance/exit to property needs to be improved as upon leaving it was raining and The grass was very slippy. Trying to shut the gate I slipped on the mud and nearly fell.

Cute, cosy, warm, unique. Great shower!

More games and could have had better signage
