Had everything we could need! Spotless, spacious, comfy, well decorated and super easy checkin and check out. Wonderful stay

The inside of the apartment is completely renovated. Everything is new. Excellent washer and dryer! Good interior decoration. The host provides utensils, coffee & teas, and many other convenient things in the apartment (such as beach towers, etc.). The host also responded to messages instantly.

The street where the apartment locates looks crowded with many cars parked irregularly. No clear street number to identify the apartment.

After we checked in and moved all stuff into the room , found no water at all. We had to find another place and drove there in the rain. Even the landlord was nice and refunded us. We still hope they could notice us earlier by phone not just message. What a mess for the first night at Puerto Rico.

The host was very communicative and exceptionally helpful. We checked in late night around 11 pm - the host understood the importance of timeliness in communication and just called me direct and walked me through finding the place, parking and access. There was a town-wide water outage when we got there - but she personally went over to the water works repair site and talked to them and kept us up to date late into the night. I felt re-assured by her staying on top of things. The apartment was spotless, everything was new and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked exceptionally well, the coffee was fantastic, the washer dryer was top of the line, plenty of beach towels, parking was right in front of the door, the ACs were quiet, the neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors were friendly.

The space is pretty small - perfect for two adults and one kid. The listing says it can sleep 5 people - that would be a squeeze. Bedroom doesn't have any windows. There are very few surfaces to keep things in the living room and bathroom - the hosts should consider adding more floating shelves, especially in the bathroom. The smart lock on the front door was a little annoying - it would auto lock within 30s or so every time you open it. A deadbolt on the front door would have been nice too.
