Very well equipped, including washer and tumble dryer. Lots of nice little touches like a coffee machine and pods, and a fresh box of Yorkshire Tea.

Bedrooms quite small, and access to bathroom through one of the bedrooms was not ideal.

Kitchen was very modern and very well equipped; dining area of kitchen had large family table which was lovely; guidance booklet provided by host was very comprehensive. En-suite bathroom upstairs, although it had to be accessed via the associated en-suite bedroom, was large and modern. Outside patio area with table and chairs was lovely and private. Hot water was plentiful for both the down stairs shower and upstairs bathroom. TV was easy to work. Nice small cosy lounge. House was beautifully decorated and beautifully modernised. Information provided prior to arrival was very helpful and very timely. Simon (caretaker) was excellent in terms of ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Beverley has loads of restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the Minster etc.

The weather- but not in control of the property! Took a while to work out how to open the bedroom windows. Need to press the window down before turning the key, however, this is a good safety feature, should children be in the property. The fact that the bathroom is en -suite to one bedroom only and the shower is down stairs may not suit everyone.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Clean, spacious. We could want for nothing.

Everything that guests would need was so well thought out and provided. Location is perfect as right in the middle of town but lovely and quiet. Minutes from the Westwood for walks too. Simon was available if you needed anything too:) loved hearing the Minster bells in the distance when the windows were open but if you’re not a fan you can’t hear them with them closed 😁

Love feather duvets but they don’t like me 🤣😩 so an alternative double duvet that is allergy friendly would be a good idea Parking is on street but it’s hit and miss getting a space nearly so be prepared to walk for a bit if you get back late. Oh and don’t park at the tip of Westwood road! That parking space is always empty for a very good reason as every bird in the area sleeps in the tree above it 🤣🤣 but I can highly recommend Tariqs hand car wash which is only a 5 min drive away - the best £13 I’ve ever spent!!! He even opens the doors and washes all the sills etc!
