the house is close to the M2

The stair case is very steep and dangerous. Not only is it steep the steps are very narrow. We did not bring our suitcases upstairs, we unpacked downstairs as a result. I thought it may be us as older persons but our children made he same comment. We are do not see such steep stairs in our countries, We were unable to lock the front door. Locking system very complicated and needs fixing, The duvets are of low quality and lumpy

Large house, many rooms

My daughter slept in a room where she found dirt in her bed sheets lookin link sputum!!!... Another bed was covered but sheets had not been changed!! Not enough wardrobe available, more than half have “Don’t Open” warning signs( the same in kitchen)!!! Not enough glasses to drink water , only wine glasses One sofa had broken arm rest Oven door was dirty Recycling bin had not been emptied

Location perfect for Tayto Park, house beautiful, lots of extra touches added to comfort of property and facilities beyond expectations

The house was lovely. So glad you have a washer and separate dryer. Combo units are so inefficient.

Having fans in the bedrooms would be great. It was very hot. Duvets are too hot to sleep under as Americans are used to air conditioning. I realize AC is not likely to be available in Europe.

It’s a very clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. A large family or group for a long stay would be wise to look here. Kitchen is huge and well equipped for meals if you want to save a little on dining out.

Gems in Ratoath truly is a Gem!! What an absolutely stunning house! We were blown away by the sheer size and beauty of it! The attention to detail was unbelievable! Fabulous touches throughout, such as, the welcome treats on arrival, the gorgeous smell throughout the house, the super soft towels and even the gold stickers on the toilet paper! We felt like royalty! The decor and the finishing of the house is superb! I'm seriously considering enforcing a no shoes in the house rule once we get back home but I think to get the full effect I might have to remove the dog, kids and husband first!! The beds were extremely comfy. The blackout blinds were great in the bedrooms, though it was hard to get everyone up in the morning as a result! Gems was a great location for easy access to Funtasia Drogheda and Emerald Park. In all the years I have been using Booking.com, across all counties and countries, Gems in Ratoath is above and beyond the best place we have ever stayed. Absolutely superb! Would highly, highly recommend it. They have done a spectacular job with it, it's truly stunning. Thanks so much! We hope we can return sometime in the future.

We stayed on a Tuesday night and couldn't believe that the commuter traffic started up from 5am! But that's the trade off for such a great location. Our only downside was regretting that we arrived so late and had to leave so early, so felt we couldn't fully enjoy the comfort of the house for longer.
