The balcony + the air conditioning in the sleeping room.

Our host was friendly and rather responsive. The flat was okay but our experience in it was disappointing. Although all of the items below were supposed to exist / work, they didn't: 1. There was no toilet paper provided upon arrival, which was extremely inconvenient after a long journey. We had to search for an open store on Sunday evening to buy some, which was quite stressful. 2. The hand soap dispenser was empty. 3. There was no shampoo provided. 4. No body soap was in sight, only a low-quality shower gel hidden at the back of a bathroom cupboard. 5. The toaster did not work. 6. The kettle did not work either. 7. The hood light did not work either. 8. While there was a washing machine, the washing cycle took 9 hours at 60°C or 6 hours at 40°C. 9. The rice provided had insects in it, making it unusable. 10. There were a large number of ants in the apartment, making it impossible to leave food out for even a few minutes. We had to store all of our groceries, even dry food like biscuits, in the fridge. The ants seemed to be entering through an unsiliconed gap in the floor. 11. No Netflix account as promised (it's just a Smart TV).
