"Great forest gateway"

Size of rooms, decently equipped kitchen, very nice and peaceful surroundings (forest)

Yes we were in formed about the 1.2 miles dirt road to get to the cabin. Yes we have SUV. The road can be very challenging for inexperienced drivers. I would suggest to emphasise this in more details. Also one day we had a situation where a falling tree blocked the road. Thank god a ranger stopped by and he had a machete and cables. Please add in your instructions for people to have a chainsaw plus cables to drag the logs. I would add flashlights and an axe.. you have to be prepared. My advice to drivers not to rush.. obviously it depends on your car and clearance.. and driving experience

View was incredible. Calling all jeepers. The challenging one mile in is worth the view. Great for 4 wheelers. Host was great and responsive. House very clean. Good amenities. Enough room for 2 couples or 2 families.

The view was great! The property manager was very helpful. The house was as described and my family loved it

The drive up was intimidating even in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Definitely need a car with high ground clearance

"Awesome property with an amazing location"

This is a beautiful location! It is very remote so don't expect a store on the nearest corner. This is a gated property up the mountain so a vehicle no smaller than a RAV4 is a must. The views are amazing! We watched the sun rise and set on the mountain daily. My husband and I went with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids, ages 3 and 1. We couldn't keep them inside! I can't say enough good things about what we affectionately called "the cabin" although it is much more than that!

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like.

"We loved the view and how remote the home is in the woods."

The road up was fun for us with a Jeep. However, you will need a higher lift vehicle and maybe a 4-wheel drive to get to the cabin. Once there, we loved the privacy and views. Coffee in the morning with that sunrise is amazing, and having a fire at night was super fun. It seemed like there was always a nice breeze on the ridge top.

I wish the bedrooms had a ceiling fan and the bed could be a bit softer. The couch was a bit rough but we settled in and didn't have too much time watching TV. Overall, these items were very minor, and we did enjoy the home.
