L'emplacement de la villa à 12mn à pied de la plage, la proximité d'arrêt de bus et la tranquillité. La maison est belle, meublée avec goût et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est magnifique.

Pas grand chose au fond. Mais La villa mériterait un nettoyage de fond, notamment les canapés et les tapis qui ont une odeur très forte et très désagréable. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le canapé lit mentionné dans l'annonce. Un seul transat disponible pour 4 personne. Quelques travaux à effectuer : L'une des baies vitrées n'était pas accessible et la seconde ne s'ouvrait pas entièrement. La lunette des WC du rdc était quasiment défaite.
