Așezarea casei și faptul ca este spațioasă . Lângă casă este pădure prin care te poți plimba și relaxa iar marea este la maxim 15 min de mers pe jos .

Două din dormitoare nu au perete între ele .

Anunțul prevede 3 dormitoare, dar in realitate sunt 2, baile sunt foarte mici si improvizate, una in afara locuinței, mobilier vechi, lenjeria si prosoapele nu s-au schimbat tot sejurul. Locație amplasata izolat, insecte in locatie
