L'appartamento è pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili! A piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Baia Flaminia in 5/10 minuti, quindi è veramente comodo per chi ha intenzione di trascorrere una vacanza al mare. Il centro invece si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti a piedi. Inoltre, con le sue due camere spaziose, è veramente una sistemazione ideale per le famiglie!
