"Excellent stay in La Spezia"

Room was clean, location was excellent, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, along with the train station and port. The host, Giuseppe, was very friendly and was very accommodating when we arrived early and when we unexpectedly had to leave later because of the train strike. Would recommend staying here.

"Value for money."

Location was good distance from centre and station. The room was beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Bathroom was big and clean. WIFI and TV worked well and we enjoyed different streaming services. Host is accommodating and communicates relatively fast.

We had to ask for soap and towel replacements, but they were brought to us in a short time - so nothing to complain about!
