Nice and big apartment

Everything was fine

Perfect location in Gueliz area. Close to supermarket, shops, best local restaurants. Host is very responsive and helpfull. Will book again on my return

I tried at least 20 times to reach the provider via booking chat or phone. There was no response. I was at the location, I could not the apartment. I had to find another accomandtion.

Our host Nic was always very friendly and helpful. He gave us great advice about local restaurants and the city. At first the bed sheets looked dirty so we asked him to bring us clean ones and he reacted very quickly. Also the Wi-Fi worked very well and we had perfectly working hot water in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen. The location was great, very central and near to stores and restaurants.

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean at all. There were hair and dust on the floor, the kitchen utilities were all dirty and there was nothing to clean them with. The first day we had to buy cleaning stuff and clean the kitchen ourselves so that it was possible to cook and eat something there. The bathroom was also very dirty. There was mold in the shower and the bathmat was wet and looked like it had never been changed or cleaned.

Diry, Poorly maintained appartment. Corners of most rooms are very dusty and dirty. Hairs on shower wall 1 bathroom shower lacked curtain, so floor turned into ice rink. Other shower didn't have shower head bracket, so had to hold shower head up Towel provided really small Had an electric fault while there, and an unresposive landlord said it was fixed 3 times when it wasn't wasting a lot of my time communicating with landlords Recommend avoiding this one
