Great location, new flat, well equipped, fast internet available, quiet, AC for hot days, lovely coffee place downstairs, the host was super friendly and helpful

Missing A small coffe machine with capsules ( or anithing that would give a coffe) would be great so you don' have to go out of the house to look for take away coffe at 6am . Tha would be a great add .

Brand new, well designed apt, good AC, wifi and TV streaming options available. It was quiet during our stay, bedding was comfortable. Free parking is appreciated in this neighbourhood as the streets are narrow and free spaces are limited.

Access to the free underground parking could be made easier with a key card to open the second barrier, we had to get someone to open it for us every time we came back to the apt. A coffee maker with capsules would be a nice addition for this type of accomodation, luckily there is a coffee bar in the complex that opens even on weekends.

The apartment itself is new and designed. Location is nice, 5 min walking from the park

Many problems in the apartment - 1. There was laundry left to dry by the host in the kitchen with nothing mentioned from his side as if this is accepted. 2. Sofa bed is not easy to open, no instructions were left, we had to call the host 3. No pillos were left for the children 4. One towell was dirty 5. Kitchen is not equipped. One glass for soft drinks only, a few wine glasses, a few taspoons, no coffee machine. 6. There were food in the fridge left from previous guests which was weird. Cheese and ham. 7. Parking was most awful. Gates did not opened and the host did not take care of it.He took a long time to reply to msg, and kept saying he is sorry and he is busy, but did not fix the issue. Only in second day he mentioned we can park in front of the building,. If this was mentioned before would save us a lot of trouble. I do not recommed this apartment.

Nice spacious apartment in a new complex positioned in the most wanted part of Bucharest. The apartment complex is completely secured with smart cameras, so the place is very safe. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, airco, washing machine, etc. In addition to the bedroom, the living room is also equipped with a sleeping couch for two people. The Win Herastrau complex has its own convenience shop, restaurant, and a luxurious F&B shop. The Herastrau park is just at 5 minutes walking distance and has many good restaurants and leisure activities, including many tennis courts and padel.

Understanding a door key lock takes some study, but once you're inside there is a key fob for convenience access/locking. The airco can be a bit too cold during the night, so it requires some fiddling to get it calibrated comfortably.
