Necessità di manutenzione ordinaria più serrata (porta bagno, sportelli cucina e perdite di acqua dalla doccia, lo scaldabagno per 7persone fatica a stare al passo), palazzo in cui è sito un po cupo

No lift, we had to carry our big suitcase up to 2nd or 3rd floor

Perfect location, 4 different beds, big apartment overall

The flat itself is quite large and comfortable. The beds are big enough and comfy and there is a lot of storage available. There is a nice LED TV in every room. The bathroom is ok and the water shower has good pressure. Lots of lights which is nice. The living room armchair is great. You should have more of those. The location is very central, close to the metro and restaurants/ supermarkets.

The building where the flat is located looks terrible from outside, it is actually marked as a high danger in case of an earthquake. The lift it is so narrow and it is so old that we’ve never dared to use it. The pillows are not of good quality. It’d be nice to have more towels left for each person. It’d be nice to have some variety of tea and coffee. The sofa is too small and narrow for our taste.
