SAEasy access to the hotel and the location is close to Sunway Lagoon Water Park and close to the mall and supermarket. The staff are very friendly, have good manners and are respectful.
The bed sheets are in a very poor condition and yellow, the room wall is in a poor condition, the water heater is old and worn, the carpet in the room corridor is in a poor and shabby shape, the breakfast in the restaurant is very bad and it is not affiliated with the hotel. This is unreasonable because it is outside on the street. The treatment of the restaurant staff is unacceptable. When he sees the breakfast paper, he acts as if he came for free to eat. There is no small refrigerator to keep the water and food cold. There is no kitchen equipment or supplies. There is no hospitality for sugar or tea. This is unacceptable. I felt very regretful for going to the hotel for 7 days. I arrived late and the receptionist asked me to pay additional fees for another day. I do not advise anyone to go.

The shampoo n shower gel in the toilet is disgusting. They really need to consistently check and change.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. The towels were old, yellow-grey, and worn through in places. We often had to ask the staff to replace the towels and to empty the trash bin, which was very inconvenient. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and far below expectations.
