It was a comfortable place to stay with my family. The location is close to the malls, convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and a laundromat. Princess is also very accommodating and responsive which gives you assurance and peace of mind. Overall, this place is wonderful for travellers who want to stay in Makati for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

we love the bright ambiance of the place in general and the coziness of the sofa and bed and that you can cook quick meals 😊 the place also comes with snacks and drinks that you can consume and pay before leaving

"Best value for money in Makati"

I travel a lot and often need a place to crash near where meetings are for a day or two and I’mmostly in the unit only for a few hours basically for sleep, shower and safe place for my luggage. During my recent stay in the Philippines, I had the pleasure of renting this unit that truly stood out as one of the best accommodation so far in makati at the price range. I got great value for money without feeling being in a cheaply designed and usual bare unit. Every aspect of the unit was well thought out, both cozy and simple, very lovely space making me wish I could extend my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and prompt in their responses. This unit has certainly raised the bar for me, and I am looking forward to renting it again on my next visit to Makati, Philippines!

The sheets and pillows are new. It could use some washing.
