INThe property is the first floor of a house. It is a 2BHK. It is really really spacious. It has a huge hall, 2 big bedrooms, one spacious dining area and a very big kitchen. And then a huge portico and wide balconies. Over all it could be around 2500sft of space. The bathroom in one bedroom is very very spacious with separate shower enclosure. The kitchen had sufficient utensils for cooking with a gas stove. There was good amount of furniture in bedrooms. The bedrooms are actually xxl size(could be around 22X12feet). The bed and mattress were of good quality. There was one side table, two other tables in one bedroom and a dressing table with wardrobe. There was a table top wash basin in one bedroom. There were extra mattresses kept. The dining area has a very good dining table. It has one table top wash basin. The flooring was neat and clean and the whole house looks quite new. The bathrooms though look a bit old The kitchen it self is quite big. Hall size ~ 22X18 Portico size ~ 20X20 Back Balcony 4+ feet wide - where there is a cloth drier stand
There was a quite noticeable stinking smell when we entered the house and it stayed. We asked for a room spray on second day and the service boy did it. The house is around 150meters from main road and is in small lanes. But this was ok.
