Hot Spring bungalow in Limpopo

Nous sommes venus pour deux nuits pour notre lune de miel, et nous avons été très déçu… La propreté est vraiment à revoir, la graisse dans la cuisine, plusieurs assiettes et outil de barbecue, la planche à découpe, le micro onde sales nous avons dû tout relaver. Les couvertures très sales nous ne les avons même pas utiliser. Une lampe cassé dans la salle de bain, la fenêtre idem. Pas de lumières dehors car cassé à 19h00 deja dans le noir nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur. Monsieur Peter. la personne qui nous a accueilli a été très très gentil avec nous. Nous sommes parties nous n’avons finalement même pas dormi sur place malgres le paiement déjà effectue…

The pictures and videos painted a beautiful picture.

We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using anything. There wasnt enough and appropriate cutlery for self catering. The pizza oven and braai were still dirty from the previous guests. Everything was dusty and used gowns were left on the bed.

There is unfortunately nothing to like about this property. It was filthy, there was no-one to receive us, the "foreman" was as drunk as a sailor, there is zero security, and a window in bathroom cannot lock so we couldn't sleep as we felt unsafe.

The tub only gets filled at 10:00 and 16:00 into a steel tub which cools down immediately. This is done by the foreman who was horribly drunk and attempting to ask if there are other times he said no. The water immediately starts cooling down so it is cold in the evening when you would want to use it. There was also no hot water to shower or wash dishes. We had to go looking for the foreman who was never there either and kills the phone call when we tried calling. The kitchen walls and plugs are full of old oil and splashed old food and the freezer of the fridge was full of something that had exploded.

Spacious & quite comfortable, it was a break from the hustle & bustle of city life.

The shower is terrible, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had was trying to shower there.

The owner was completely absent and even the caretaker was unable to reach him. It was very difficult to get help with most things. The shower wasn’t working properly, it was a struggle, a disaster. All kitchen appliances were very dirty. The electricity finished on our last evening and we stayed in the dark for hours until we just went to bed, no one could reach the owner. We didn’t have enough gowns and towels in the cabin. It was very cold and their electric blanket wasn’t working. The entire stay was just a mess!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY On arrival at the property 1. There was no bedding for the 2nd bed (having booked for 3 people we would expect this to be made available) 2. There was no mains power and no back up power. With no guarantee that power would return before dark fall this was not an acceptable solution for a family. 3. The advert says there was a washing machine. There is not. 4. There was no water in the hot tub. 5. There was no private pool. 6. The property was dirty beyond belief. 7. We were greeted by a man who spoke no English so very difficult to communicate. 8. Previous reviews support our experience. 9. An offer of 50% refund was all that was offered. 10. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Interestingly, the owner has changed the name of the property since our stay.

Uncomfortable beds, ladder to top bed, greasy cooking area, greasy hot tub, standard of maintenance not good, no hooks/rails for towels and cloths, geyser too small, shower leaks, pot plants not watered, no welcome/information with wifi password etc., dirty pots
