The apartment is pretty, the temperature is perfect despite de infinite heat wave of this year (summer 2024). The bed is really comfortable. The terrasse is pretty and the antibug door is a must have.

3 small points that didn't impact the note : - The fridge was noisy at night and our friend sleeping on the comfortable sofa had one hard night to sleep - The interphone didn't work make difficult for delivery service (probably not owner fault) - The vacuum cleaner was not accessible (closed in a not accessible room) which would be good to can keep the apartment clean as the ground is white and easily look dirty (body hairs, dust)

The apartment is new and clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. Not particularly large but comfortable for our family of 4, having two toilets was also welcome. The AC was working great on hot days, and on cool nights the bedroom window can be opened thanks to the mosquito net. Free parking was available in front of the house. Great location a short walking distance from the city center.

If you sleep with open windows, be prepared to wake up at 7:00 to nearby church bells.

It is astonishing residence. Host is very kind, prompt and generous. There are enough free parking space right in front of residence, anyone can use it, anytime available. Calm and not noisy neighbor and circumstance. Can arrive Debrecen station in 10 minutes.

It is not easy to use hot water in early in the morning.

Communication with the host was perfect. He assists us with all our questions and needs. The apartment offers all the amenities for a perfect vacation. The place is located not far from the center on a quiet and peaceful street. Free parking is available. I recommend with both hands.

It was freezing cold. The air conditioner did not work as It was suppose to work. We had to watch the kids all night.
