Catarina, our host was excellent. She contacted us before our trip for information and earlier check-in possibilites. She was available to call/text during our whole trip if we needed something and was very kind and helpful. We got also extra towels for different thermal spas, free cookies and basic kitchen accessories like tea, spices or oil. The property had everything working listed on this site. It was modern and clean like in the provided photos. WiFi was excellent. Additionally, the neighbours beautiful cat regurarly visited the property which was a bonus for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

There were only 2 minor problems: one has to wait plenty for warm water to arrive in the shower/at the sink and the double single beds are located on the open gallery upstairs, they are not in a closed off separate room.

"Ottima base d'appoggio per girare l'isola"

Appartamento veramente spazioso. Vicinissimo a ponta delgada (tanto non serve pernottare a ponta delgada se sull'isola avete noleggiato la macchina per visitarla). Proprietaria veramente molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale (fatevi consigliare o se avete qualche dubbio non esitate a chiederglielo). Parcheggio nella via senza problemi. In cucina avete 4 fuochi a induzione con tutte le pentole necessarie. È presente anche la lavatrice. Nelle camere la luce si può oscurare perfettamente. In bagno c è la finestra (data l'infinità di bagni ciechi dove abbiamo pernottato dalle altre parti) e ci sono i prodotti per l'igiene. Perfetto per stare piú giorni e metterla come base d'appoggio per girare l'isola.

A casa está bem localizada, com fáceis acessos e perto de ponta delgada. Está equipada com tudo o que é essencial para passar uma semana tranquila em família. A dona Catarina é muito atenciosa e disponível. Recomendo!
