La Anclar Hotel

Breakfast was cold Coffee was not hot. Tue toilet commode was not working. The TV channel does not have signal. It was the receptionist who took my luggage to my room no other porters was available.

The aircon was not functioning well

The key card didnt work one time when i came back to the hotel and i was in the 4th floor so i had to come back down to complain coz i couldnt go inside the room, i went down and the staff said its already okay, i went back up to 4th floor and still didnt work. I was already really tired that day. I went back down again to complain because i couldnt enter. I didnt want to go back to 4th floor again unless they fixed it because i was already really tired. They fixed it after.

The air conditioned is good and the bed is comfortable. The security guard is very friendly and approachable.

The toilet was smelling bad and not draining well.

I love to stay in this Hotel, staff are very accomodating.

Nagyon dohos,büdös szobát kaptunk elsőre, amikor ezt jeleztük,felár ellenében kicserélték.

Nagyon dohos, büdös szoba/szobák amik tele voltak apró rovarokkal amit az interneten könyvtetveknek ír. Undorító, mennyiségben voltak jelen az asztalon,ágyon,pohárban... Nem ajánlom ezt a szállást. Napi takarítás sem volt. A folyosón a vízadagolóra ki volt táblázva, hogy csak csapvíz...ez az Európai gyomornak nem megfelelő, viszont a szobában még víz sem volt kirakva. Hja,és nem volt melegvíz sem. Szóval ha Európából jössz,ne ezt válaszd! Kilátás a szomszéd házfalra néz, ahogy a mellékelt képeken is látható.
