AUIt was a charmingly authentic Japanese house. It’s tastefully decorated with beautiful wall and ceiling Japanese wallpaper. Its super clean and very well maintained. It’s on two levels, with 3 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and lovely linen. Located on the first floor. It has a large shower room downstairs with plenty of hot water. Kitchen is fully equiped with large seperate dining and tatami room which has big cushions to sit on and a large coffee table. Location is quiet but close enough to train station and to get around. We highly recommend this place and we look forward to coming back when we visit Kyoto again.

HKVery well located to visit Gion as well as temples located on Kyoto East side. House is well kept and help to get a sense of Japan way of living.
DEIt fehlt like staying in a traditional Japanese home. We loved staying there and I will try to Book it again when I come back to Kyoto.
