Location

We were left without functioning plumbing including toilet, shower and washing machine. Bathroom was flooded and host was not responsive to our urgent requests and needs to repair or offer alternate accommodation. We were abandoned and told to find our own alternative accommodation and seek a refund. Assistant was inhumane as we were literally left on the street looking for accommodation at 9pm at night after alerting wonderful Italy early in the morning and having to follow up ourselves with several different people each time without return of calls with updates. Extremely distressing situation behaviour of host contact in Palermo was appalling and lacked any knowledge and compassion in her role. My wife was in tears and even after pleading with host to help she could only offer a “mi dispiace”. Ended up in a hotel 4 km away through our own endeavours. Will be requesting a full refund for our entire stay.
