Heating Issues: The heating system turned off automatically and frequently, which required us to restart it every hour to maintain a semblance of warmth. This issue was so severe that we found ourselves sleeping in our clothes and jackets to fend off the cold, leading to a miserable experience. The owner insisted that the heating was functioning perfectly and even sent images of the heating system post-maintenance, which only added to our confusion and discomfort. Mold Problem: Additionally, the apartment had significant mold issues, which further degraded our experience and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the place. Owner’s Response: Despite these glaring issues, the owner maintained that everything was in perfect order, a stance that contradicts our chilly and uncomfortable experience. This lack of acknowledgment and the misleading assurance about the apartment’s condition were very disappointing. Conclusion: Potential renters should be wary of the heating problems and mold in this apartment. The owner’s denial of the issues makes it difficult to recommend a stay here, as the physical discomfort and lack of support significantly impacted our visit.

We had a profoundly uncomfortable stay at this apartment, plagued by inadequate heating and mold. Although the heating was on when we arrived, suggesting a warm stay, it failed to deliver due to its erratic behavior.

It was a cosy little apartment, with quirky and cute little installations (we loved the foosball hanger in the hallway 😅) Has everything you need for a short stay, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer Easy access to the city center by bus, close to supermarkets and little shops, very quiet at night

AC wasn't working and the shower was really small but other than that, great! The location isn't amazing regarding proximity to the City center, it takes a while by foot but the buses work great, and it's a very quiet part of town, which you wouldn't get closer to the city!

Can’t beat just a 30 min walk to the city center! The restaurant downstairs is exceptional and is open till 23:30 on weekdays. The corner store down the street carries frest fruit and veg, and right next to it Pizza Sara has delicious food options. The property has a hairdryer and an iron! Coffee machine & pods are available in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

Ants in the kitchen and somewhat poor water pressure in the bathroom. Definitely could use a couple of blankets. On cold days it was cold.
