Zona este liniștită si aproape de castelul Peleș (la cateva minute pe jos). Apartamentul este utilat cu tot ce este necesar. Parcarea este chiar in fața casei și una este lateral.

Lenjeriile de pat scoteau un fâsâit destul de zgomotos, rezistente uzurii probabil dar nu sunt confortabile. Papucii de camera foarte subțiri și nu ajuta pentru podeaua rece de la parter.
