Kind staff

Very convenient location. It's within the centre of Tagum. Very close to the malls and public market.

The facilities are okay. No shower heater, small bathroom. Very basic. But it is clean, very affordable and its location is very convenient so can't complain about it.

Right around the corner of Tagum’s night market, and at a central road for traffic in and out if Tagum, this is a very convenient location. I enjoyed the inn’s roof terrace and walking in the park opposing Inside Room Inn to relax

The frontside is not so quiet

Room was clean

Not efficient went back and forth to tell them that we need towels and AC in our first room was defective it didn't cool. Please Staff should always remember that guess pay for their convenience as possible don't stress. We transferred to another room and paid additional for I can't sleep in their room 23 infront of their supplies and can hear Staff inside talking. One guy there didn't have a good customer service didn't even care to smile remember that you're in a hospitality kind of job you better find a job that would suit your attitude not friendly

Beds were basic but comfortable. There's complementary coffee in the foyer.

There's no lifts and the stairs are quite steep going up to the third floor.

We heard early morning noise that is so disturbing I think it's from the other guest who's taking picture in the hallway or near the balcony it's like they don't care
