"Hidden gem"

This is definitely a hidden gem!! Im assuming it was the owner whom I spoke to, she was very friendly, accommodating and really put in effort to make this place nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness, Owner was friendly and provided information. Owner tried to accommodate us earlier for checkin. The caretaker was friendly and tried to assist the best he could. Thank you for everything.

No Toilet Door, I did not like the area, Gas stove did not work, but the owner made a plan to arrange an electric stove. Poor Signal, but owner provided Wifi. Please also provide extra drinking glasses and braai tonf

Location

We stood outside for over 30mins. The neighbour managed to open for us and we were looking for the guy to open who was at the apartment taking a shower. How can he do that knowing very well customers will be coming in after 2. Seems very odd and unprofessional. Opened the microwave and there’s sandwiches and McD cartons. Glasses were missing and we had to use mugs and no ironing board. Loved your place dearly but after booking , I don’t think I will ever book again. To say im disappointed would be an understatement
