GBGBIt’s really good property we stay there quite a lot times
GBGBSomeone was already in the property we had booked however we were not made aware of this and instead directed to an alternative property. That property had the following issues: 1. There were lots of marks on the walls such as around the television; 2. What appeared to be damp staining which had been plastered over in the corner near the television; 3. Marks on the wall behind the sofa; 4. Damp between the corners of the ceiling and the wall; 5. Damp on the surround of the skylight on the ceiling; 6. Marks on the wall entering the bedrooms; 7. Scratches on the floor in one of the bedrooms; 8. Damp/water stains above the radiator in one of the bedrooms; 9. Marks on the wall in the bedrooms; 10. Rust on the bottom corner of the washing machine; 11. Loose/poorly fitted section of floorboards in the kitchen area; 12. Dirt/marks/potential mould on the headboards of the beds; 13. Mould in the corners of the bedroom windows; 14. Damp on the surround of the bedroom windows; 15. A burn mark on the sofa; 16. A whole/damaged spring on the sofa which made it very uncomfortable to sit on; 17. Damaged/removed smoke alarms throughout the property; 18. Damage to the bottom of the sofa with sharp metal spikes sticking out; 19. Burned residue on the iron which came off slightly on clothes when using it. If I could upload more than 4 photos I would!

GBIt was very convenient to where we needed to stay. The greetings online were kind and helpful. The beds were clean.
It was not as described or what I booked.. The property I expected and saw, was already in use on arrival and we were given an alternative property instead with no warning. The original booking was for a two bedroom property on opposite side of driveway. The accommodation provided had only a foldable type bed which my adult son found uncomfortable and which had no privacy as you needed to walk through it to get to the kitchen.
