proximity to the beach, nothing was missing from the equipment, contact with the facility was excellent.

The host was very helpful and the accommodation had an excellent location – just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Maria Pia beach, 15 minutes by bus from the airport, and 10 minutes from the city center. A bus stop, bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, as well as restaurants and bars are all just around the corner. Everything is close by, yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is well-equipped and even includes a beach umbrella for your use.

It was sparkling clean, had a cute balcony to sit on, great bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds

Lovely place with super nice host! Apartment has a great location, close to the Beach and walking distance to the old centre! Very well equipped :) even Beach towels are provided! We recommend it

We would have loved a more comfortable seating/layout on the balcony. Swimming pool closes early in september which we didn’t read well beforehand (our own fault)

Small bathroom/shower

The apartment has a great location, the beach is just across the street, so perfect to go for a swim into the sea. It is located across multiple restaurants and bars so there is no need to drive anywhere. Alghero "city" is also just a 20 min walk away. Great Host who made sure we had everything that was needed (incl. Umbrellas for the beach and pool) and that we enjoyed our time here. We will come again!

Only a small thing the Balcony could be a tiny bit improved in terms of newer chairs - but overall amazing stay, and we would come again!

The apartment was lovely and clean. We had everything we could possibly have needed. Deck chairs and umbrellas provided. Loads of towels available also. The kitchen was really well equipped and the air conditioning was a blessing, especially in the August heat. Fausto is extremely nice and very helpful. He met us at night even though our flight was late. There is a lovely pool also which has a life guard. We were a two minute walk from the beach which was terrific and we spent most our time there. We were able to go the supermarket which is about a ten minute walk away to get supplies. The area is mainly Italian tourists which suited us fine as we wanted a realm Italian experience. Many restaurants and bars near by also. Sardinia is a beautiful place and you can get around easily by bus or on foot. The old quarter is delightful.

The shower is very small. If you are a larger person you would have some difficulty getting in and out of it. However, it is only a minor issue!
