LiLLA Summer Retreat - Bentong

Place was nice and green. A lot of activities to do. Really like the fish feeding pond. It was massive. But kinda attract a lot of flies into the room. Staff super nice. Activity room need to upgrade. A really good place for little explorer to do a little adventure at the dinasour place.

I was a lil bit concern with the food. I dont see any halal certification. I had my doubt. My family did not eat inside the resort. We just go outside and eat although it was kinda far to go out but that is not a problem.

The room surprisingly very clean. the rooms quite far need to walk. but dont worry the buggy always available. they have buggy can send or pick you up from room. the staffs are nice . they have many free stuffs you can try like ping pong, game room, swimming pool . the kids pool is clean but the adult not so.

when i check in theres a company trip so many people are there. its quite noisy but its okay for me understandable. but the thing that put me off is the day everyone checkout the staffs told me the next day is their day off coz no one check in, so the resort is closed. i was like hey im still a guest what??then the next day morning , going for breakfast as i already paid for breakfast, i call many time for buggy but no one answered. so i just walk. fine. when i came to the restaurant, it was still closed! no one at the reception, no staffs at all, door still closed, everything was off even the light. then 1 staff came and call somebody then i waited for 20 minutes then 1 staff serve breakfast. it was just a nasi goreng on a plate and only plain water . i understand that bcoz we're the only customer but we paid for a buffet breakfast isnt it? not worth it. then during checkout a staff did fetch us by buggy, it was the staff that told us its her day off. i can feel like she just wanted to serve us fast so she can take off after that. coz when we're taking our stuffs from buggy she nearly bumped us, she didnt even budge to see if we finish put off our stuffs. i am upset by their service like we are not worth of customer just coz we're the only 1 you should just do your job.

Lots of activities and fast buggy service. Would’ve been perfect if the room wasn’t that expensive.

Far from town, but the place itself is huge and fun to explore (bonus point!). Breakfast was boring (add on people RM40/pax mehhh 😬), and the balcony had lizard droppings. If only they cleaned it up and added some chairs — it could’ve been a great chill spot. Oh well!

We came during a long holiday and stayed for 1 night. The place is huge, has a lot of rooms and is clean. The service is good, the staff is helpful from reception to housekeeper and buggy driver. The room is spacious although for me it is quite simple. The toilet is also clean and a hot shower is provided. The price is very reasonable considering what we get. Free breakfast is provided for everyone. Beside, there are also other free public facilities provided like swimming pool, club house, snooker, pool, mahjong, dart.and few board games. There are also some pay activities like water rafting, ATV, karaoke and many more. Internet coverage line here is quite strong plus a strong wifi too. It is suitable for a huge group like organization, company trip and team building activities to be conducted here. It can cater huge amount of people at one time. Nice view, surrounded by nature and lively.

During our visit, there were many visitors as well. Understand there is a hiccup in some process like during check in, waiting for buggy and insufficient room towels but somehow it needs to be improved in the future. The room is very simple not much facilities provided inside the room

too expensive charge for ATV and Flying Fox, little zoo is too disappointing with only the dears make sense
