Stefano's house

All facilities in a cute home on the ground floor so no steps to climb. Giuseppe, the host was accommodating, helpful, informative and even arranged for his son to take us to the airport. In addition he had a popular restaurant a couple of doors down. The food was amazing. Highly recommend.

Very nice mini-appartment, seems recently renovated! Located very close to the main attractions and train station. The host is extremely nice and lives nearby managing the restaurant in the same street where I also had a nice dinner one evening and left my suitcase for few hours after checking out. I didn’t expect to find such a good place in the last moment!

The neighbourhood may seem a bit suspicious due to some people staying outside on some narrow streets nearby, but in the end it was safe to walk there using the main streets. The “noise from outside” problem mentioned in some other reviews was easily solved by closing the second glass door inside the appartment

The location is perfect for sightseeing, although the area might seem sketchy, it’s very safe. The bed is very comfy. The apartment is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Stefano is very helpful and accommodating

It gets very stuffy in the apartment and it’s quite hard to get some fresh air there.

Perfect location (for real!) you could reach every place by foot. Around few amazing restaurants for late dinners, one of them belongs to the owner. Comfortable bed, spacious and good coffee from a coffee machine. That was excellent choice for the price!

We were two, and after first shower there was not enough hot water for a second person. The shower itself could be cleaner.

The accommodation was fine, the owner very helpful.

Stefano was such a wonderful and attentive host. The apartment was centrally located, very clean, well equipped and spacious. I was able to have a nice dinner at the restaurant and Stefano provided the most delicious breakfast. His hospitality was beyond amazing. The apartment had a washing machine which was an added bonus.

Superb location, the flat is really clean, modern, newly furnished. The host is friendly. We enjoyed a lot our staying here. Breakfast: coffee+ croissant (or anything you like) in the nearby bakery.

As it is a partially suterrain flat, it has no windows for natural light. The door has a big window, and if you open it everybody who walks on the street can have look inside. Also because of the lack of windows the apartment smells a bit like a cellar.
