Lawn and outdoor activities

The room and bathroom were not cleaned and furniture and fixtures are ageing.

we liked the food, prompt service of the staff, and the location of the resort asmist or green lushes

We felt that the adventure zone activities area could be more organized and made lively. The grass was not trimmed and the landscaping was not proper. It could be made more children friendly

We loved the place, it was pretty easy to reach. Green and clean property with ample parking space. A welcome drink was served, rooms were clean including the washroom, towels - everything was perfect. Although our room was on the ground floor and didn't have a view or anything but the balcony area is perfect for sitting out at night. The swimming pool was big, clean and well maintained. It was also the spot for evening live music. Also, the spa and gym adjacent to the pool was accessible. No complaints about food, but it can get better. They did have a good variety (we took half board) and service was spot on while we dined. The staff serving were very gentle, kind and responsive. The restaurant was just amazing and was a show stopper for sure. The activity room is also good - pool table, TT table, and carrom board. We would definitely come back again and I hope you would change your tariff. Thanks for the stay, we loved every bit of the warmth and service you had offered.

The lock fixture on the room door needs repairs, which right now looks broken, even though it serves the purpose. Also, the washroom in the gym area needs cleaning, it might be less used but still if it's for public use, it needs to be well maintained just like the washroom in their rooms. The spa room looked unkept and unused but was open. Definitely, it needs to be maintained and promoted to get people to even consider.

The staff was very polite, the facilities available are good and lot of fun.

Food is okay, can be good. Tea and coffee is bland, maybe due to milk quality. Fans in the Activities room is too slow, needs repair work I think.

Staff was caring, friendly & professional. Took care of our additional demands as I was traveling with family (child & senior citizens).

While the overall property experience was well within the exaptation, cleanliness is something may be the staff can improve on, some of the washrooms had opportunity.
