- Staff was very helpful and courteous - Food was good

The quality of food, rooms and staff was very nice. The chef Mr Arun was very accommodating to kids needs. The bonfire and music was top notch. Snacks by the pool was a great idea.

Breakfast was extended to 11 am so that we all could eat after safari. One suggestion : There should be some light breakfast arrangement for safaris leaving in the morning. Some tea and biscuits will be very much appreciated. Kids get hungry by 11 am . The location was far from Ramnagar. You have to reach the safari pick up points on your own.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark Bedsheets and linens were all dirty

Nothing. It was dirty. No toiletries. Toilet was not clean. Rashes of hair. Deemak on wall. The towels were old and greyish in color. And on bed sheet there were sign of dog paw. Overall it was a very bad experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There is ample green spaces to give you the feel of being outside the city.

The food is priced ridiculously high given the taste, quality and quantity is below average. The activities room was poorly maintained.
