Characterful property, nice location, quiet, good garden and view well equipped

Lounge furniture a bit uncomfortable

The property is a lovely cottage style building with all the facilities that we needed, including a well stocked kitchen and fabulous outdoor area with lovely garden and furniture. Gorgeous views from the top of the garden as well. We had a couple of things we needed help with during our stay and the contact was responsive and helpful. There are lots of helpful things around the property, eg under beds so make sure you have a good look round when you first get there!

The barn was lovely. On arrival, there was a welcome package and the house was in immaculate condition. The rooms had ample space, including a large living space. We loved our stay!

Nothing - the stay was brilliant with nothing to comment negatively on at all.

Casa molto accogliente, grande giardino dove potersi rilassare e mangiare (attenzione ai gabbiani) . I bambini si sono divertiti molto. Cucina completa di tutti gli accessori, molto graditi i regalini lasciati dal proprietario.

This was our second time visiting, and again, it did not disappoint. The host goes above and beyond every time. From the initial contact of all vital information, including local roadworks, to even checking if we required anything during our stay. The welcome hamper is an added bonus. The property is very beautiful and spacious, perfect for our little family and dog, with a lovely garden at the rear. It provides everything you could possibly need during your stay and an added bonus of new blinds in the main bedroom to provide extra comfort. The property is very well situated with just a short drive to all local tourist destinations, including beaches and supermarkets. It also has a lovely pub and steak house directly opposite, which is an added bonus. Thank you again for another lovely stay in your beautiful cottage. We look forward to next time.

Easy to get to beach without being in the busy roads of Paignton.

Really beautiful property in a great location! Although not on the beach it’s a short drive in but also to many, many other local attractions. Very clean and helpful host

Spacious,clean,car parking, very adjacent to Stoke Gabriel where my wife was singing in a concert.

The cottage was pretty and nicely decorated. It is light and airy. Has a nice garden and some good plants

The bunk beds are a bit old and wobbly. Some of the windows don’t have curtains and it’s light very early
