O lugar é mágico.

非常让人惊喜的小别墅，虽然有点不太好找，但是地方很美，晨昏都有完美的风景。房子很有特色，房东还请我们品尝了一瓶美味的红酒！一切都超出预期，非常值得推荐！

An absolutely wonderful place! The house is set right in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyards, fields, and complete tranquility. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms separated by a kitchen – perfect for two couples who still want privacy. Downstairs there’s a family room, a spacious living and dining area, and direct access to a lovely terrace overlooking the stunning views – especially magical at sunset. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Montepulciano, making it a great base for exploring the region. The pool was clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Elisabetta, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. At check-out, we even got a special treat – a private tour and tasting at the family’s winery Fanetti, with fantastic wines and excellent olive oil they produce themselves.

Kitchen was ill equipped for cooking with few utensils. Washing machine didn’t work properly and we couldn’t wash whole time. Also second bathroom was down spiral staircase very dangerous for seniors. Hot water pump made noise all time. Living area also downstairs which we didn’t even use because of danger going down internal stairs. Bathroom shower hose was broken and very little hot water. Oven and washing machine are so old there are no numbers or instructions on dials.
