Location, place was clean and looked nice

Few small things, but together they where annoying. No frying pan, only one fork for two people, no hanger by the door to hang coats, no towel rack im the bathroom. And couch in the living room was broken. Also, you can hear every noise the neighbours make, one night there was some game going on, and i couldn't sleep because if the noises from apartment above.
