"Great house poor check-in practices"

Location and the house was nice.

Once booked the check-in process was very poor, I kept receiving emails that looked that were screenshots of information that were so small you couldn't read it and the links provided would have to be typed in due to the way it was sent. I received over 20 emails and probably over 20 text messages before we were checked in. they also require a credit card for incidentals that I didn't notice when booking. some of the emails were due to me not responding right away but if they were sent like all the other rentals they would get and immediate response. had to wait to get on a computer with a large screen and use adobe to transfer to a PDF. Would not use that company again due to that even though the house was good.
