We made a late reservation and arrived only a few hours later. Despite knowing this, the hotel communicated only via email and did not attempt to contact us by phone, which was very impractical while traveling. After check-in, we found out that there was a water outage, which they claimed to have informed us about by email only. As a result, we spent the first three hours in the room without water, together with our 1.5-year-old baby, and no support or alternative solution was provided. The room was not very clean, towels were old, rough, gray, and torn. The heating system was not working properly, the radiator wasn’t working and we had to rely on the air conditioner, which was insufficient. We also requested a baby cot, but none was provided and no alternative was offered.

The cost of the room matched both the room and the location in a more upscale part of downtown than where I had been for a few days before. The host was so responsive that I never went very long without a response to my queries. That made me feel well looked after. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was perfect. I even walked from the hotel to the train station since I had so much time till my bus and, at 74 and with problem knees, it was still doable and enjoyable since the day was sunny and warm.

It took forever to heat up the room the first time but once it reached a good warmth, I could turn off the a/c and go out for the day and within a short time after returning and turning it back on, it was warm again. Just that first night was a bit cold but they had an extra blanket that did the trick.

Odaya girdiğimiz andan itibaren çok ağır bi koku hissettik, herhangi bir temizlik ürünü veya WC’den gelen bir koku olabilecegini düşündük. Uzun saatler havalandırmış olmamıza rağmen o koku tam olarak kaybolmadı ve rahatsız ediciydi.Neyseki sadece 1 akşam konakladık.

Perfect location, very comfortable bed, all needed amenities were present in the room.

some cups and cutlery were not well washed, probably worth to wash them in a dishwasher after visitors leave. Similar for the kettle, that was kind of dirty inside.
