La ubicación del apartamento junto a la parada del autobús resulto ser un plus.

La limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear; se supone que no se puede fumar en el apartamento, no obstante el olor a tabaco lo impregna todo. El piso en general precisa de una buena mano de pintura y una gran limpieza. El complejo en su conjunto precisa de mucho mantenimiento.
