The rural homestay deep into the forest, surrounded by oak and pine forests, offered nature's abundant beauty, fresh air, peace and tranquility. The hosts are very hospitable and try their best to make the stay comfortable. My expectation was to stay in a rural arrangement with local flavour without any luxury which was met very well. I was pleasantly surprised to see the hosts who have chosen to amidst nature and offer their home to travellers whereas most local people have migrated to urban sites in search of work. The hosts are enterprising and are trying their best to attract visitors to nature's lap, which is invaluable in today's fast paced life. Most importantly, my 12 years old son got an excellent exposure and experience of a Himalayan life in a forested habitation, which is precious and contrast to a metropolitan life.

There is nothing that I disliked. For those who may not prefer to walk from the road to the homestay, may find it difficult as the walk is about 1.5 kms in a hilly forested area. Personally, we enjoyed the walk and was accompanied by the hosts always.

I recently stayed here, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The room service was excellent, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. In the morning, I got to witness the breathtaking Himalayan view, and in the evening, the sunset was simply mesmerizing. These views added a magical touch to my trip. The food here was incredibly delicious, and every bite was full of flavor. The staff was also very polite and helpful, making me feel at home throughout my stay. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to visit again. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing service, this homestay is a must-visit!
