Apartamento acogedor en edificio limpio y tranquilo, con ascensor. La propietaria muy disponible y amable, fue un placer encontrarla a la llegada para que nos entregase las llaves y nos enseñase el apartamento. Dispone de todos los conforts. Camas cómodas, dos baños (uno con bañera) cocina muy bien equipada, terraza. Fue perfecto.

Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. They greeted us, went over all the details, and assisted us whenever we needed help. It was truly refreshing to have such wonderful hosts. The location was excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The walk to the shore was short and beautiful. We highly recommend Ostia, and staying at this property will enhance your wonderful experience. It is close enough to catch a train to any destination you choose while allowing you to return to the calm atmosphere away from the chaos of larger cities like Rome and Florence.

The owners were very nice and welcoming. They gave us a short tour of the apartment and suggestions on what to visit. There were many board games in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. We also really liked that there were two bathrooms in the apartment. There was an underground parking. They also provided a buggy to do the grocery as well as an umbrella and chairs to go to the beach.

The neighborhood was a bit run down and noisy at night. It was a bit of a drive to get into the more central part of town but not too bad.

Die kurze Antwort: Die Wohnung ist super! :-) Die 2 Bäder, die 2 Schlafzimmer (eines für unsere Tochter), die Fliegergitter, die Aussenrolladen, der Balkon, die Klimaanlage in jeden Zimmer, die Tiefgarage die wir problemlos mit unserem SUV befahren konnten und die durch 2 Tore geschützt ist, die Küche wo alles für das tägliche Frühstück mehrfach vorhanden war, der Geschirrspüler :), Kühlschrank, Kühlfach, wenn es mal regnet der große Esstisch oder doch die Couch zum chillen und Fernsehen, der Aufzug im Haus, man hört die Nachbarn nicht die Wohnung ist leise ... man lebt wenn man es möchte privat es war sehr entspannt. Warum wir die Wohnung ausgesucht haben: Tiefgarage für unser Auto, Autobusstelle quasi vor dem Haus oder einmal ums Eck, einkaufen nicht weit, 2 "echte Schlafzimmer", unter 15 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß , Essen + Kaffee neben dem Haus Wir wurden sehr freundlich von dem Eigentümer Ehepaar begrüßt und nach einer Roomtour inkl kurzer Erklärung für alles inkl Schlüssel am Eingangstor und Garage bekam ich dann noch die Tel falls wir Probleme haben oder am nächsten Tag wertvolle Tipp von der Umgebung. 0) Zum Strand liefen wir immer zu Fuß. 0) Was wir sehr schätzten war die Bushaltestelle in nächster Umgebung - mit dem Bus fuhren wir auf den Hauptbahnhof in Lido di Ostia und von dort mit der Metro direkt an Rom = genialer geht es nicht (Einen Fahrschein in der Trafik kaufen für bis am Bahnhof, dort eine 24, 48, 72 Std Karte kaufen und ab dann ist alles easy!) = wir haben uns ein 72 Std Ticket gekauft und fuhren 2x Rom, Ostia Antica :) o) Mit dem Auto fuhren wir 30 Minuten zum "ZooMarine" eine super Tag egal wie alt man ist bei der Delfin oder Seerobben Show staunen alle und wieder easy in die Garage => Lassen Sie sich nicht abschrecken von der Gegend, das Auto muss einfach immer leer sein, egal wo sie im Süden Italiens sind! Durch die Parkgarage und die Bushaltestelle, mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung eine klare Empfehlung!
