Absolutely nice and calm apartment, has everything that you need. The location is great. Value for the money, highly recommend. Definitely will stay again here.

The room was clean, and comfortable.

The stove didn’t work. We booked this apartment with the intention to cook. Out of nowhere the stove shuts down with no possibility to restart, leaving us three times with half-cooked meals. The worst part is that the personal didn’t even reply to our claim. The only time we heard back from them was to ask when we were leaving, to take the trash out and leave the dishes washed. It was really disappointing and disrespectful

Good location, easy to check-in with very detailed instructions. The apartment was clean and very modern with many appliances - coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart TV. There are restaurants and a Lidl very close by and the city centre is ~5 minutes away on foot. It's also very close to the S. Giovanni train station.

We received the check-in code a few hours before checking in, which meant we boarded our flight without knowing if everything is alright with our booking, which was a bit frustrating. In my previous experience receiving it 48h to 24h before the check-in time is best. Regardless, our stay was perfect.
