Das Haus besteht aus drei übereinanderliegenden Wohnungen. Die Zwischendecke scheint nur aus Brettern zu bestehen. Trittschall ist abartig. Die unterste Wohnung 101 (Achtung: Nicht 1. Stock, sondern Souterrain) können wir deshalb nicht empfehlen. Ich habe jede Nacht nur ein paar wenige Stunden geschlafen wegen des Lärms von Oben. Die Nachbarn konnten da allerdings nichts dafür - die Küche der oberen Wohnung liegt halt direkt über dem super Mini Schlafzimmer, bei dem nicht einmal die Türe geschlossen werden konnte. Alles in allem eine totale Enttäuschung.

The cleanliness was poor. Apart from finding hair and breadcrumbs on the couch and chairs from previous guests (amongst others), we found out that the bedding was not changed. Thankfully there was another set of bedding left in the wardrobe which hopefully was clean even if not in a great condition (had a stain and was not ironed by any means). Given the large number of messages we received ahead and during our stay expecting us to even remove our trash from the apartment and leave our towels on the floor (obviously towels should be changed anyway even if they look unused), I would expect better service from them.

A falta de uma cafeteira elétrica para fazer café cuado, mas o apartamento é perfeito até nos utensílios domésticos.
