vynikajúca poloha, blízko zoo aj aquaparku, majiteľ bol mily pan a nebol problém sa s ním spojiť, vhodne aj pre psiky

mravce ktoré boli po celej kuchynskej linke, šupliky v linke boli dosť špinavé, pavučiny v rohoch a veľmi makky nepohodlný madrac v hornej izbe
