Very unique cave. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine and drying rack was a bonus. Location was right on the VF, and a supermarket was 4 minutes away.

posizione ottima nella via centralissima di Campagnano di Roma. molto suggestivo il monolocale dotato di tutti i comfort. parcheggi in zona liberi. ottimo per chi va in autodromo perchè dista 10 minuti d'auto.

Location molto particolare, semplice ma accogliente. La particolarità di avere una grotta in camera è davvero unica! Purtroppo questo implica che, specie nei mesi freddi, la camera risulti un po' fredda ed umida. Sicuramente una location perfetta per i periodi estivi, un po' meno in quelli invernali. Ma nulla di grave! Consigliata!

Cortile rumoroso la mattina presto (verso le 6) e per uno come me con il sonno leggero non è il massimo. La camera è riscaldata con un termoconvettore, ma il bagno non ha un sistema di riscaldamento. D'estate non è un problema ma d'inverno lo è un po'! 😅 Consiglio almeno una piccola stufetta elettrica da mettere in bagno ed un microonde per la cucina. Benché non sia indispensabile potrebbe essere una comodità in più.
