June was so incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Such beautiful accommodation, well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more and nothing to fault. Thank you!

Really amazing property and super nice host

There was off-road parking. The property is well appointed and maintained. It is within walking distance of local shops and the high street. The provided guest facilities are exceptional, such as a very comfortable bed, plus coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, air fryer, fridge, washing machine and dryer, bathroom with large bath and waterfall shower and a range of soaps and gels. Refreshments included bottled water, milk, juice, coffee, teas, hot chocolate and more. Delightful snacks were provided (and eaten with relish). June and her son could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

The floorboards were a little squeaky, which I hope didn’t disturb the owners. The spiral stairs are a little tight, but still navigable with bulky luggage 😉

Lovely, peaceful decor, very welcoming and calm space

June, the host, is what makes it all so lovely. It’s super clean and neat and she helps you with the spiral staircase luggage including washing up, Changing linens, etc. Lots of light, beautiful property and bathroom. Easy re laundry after a grueling dirty shift on a film location ! Comfortable bed . She got an extra fan when it was really hot. If you can book this, go for it because I think it’s books up most of the time and people stay long-term . Can’t say enough good things. Xxx

I travel extensively as a freelance music photographer and stay in many hotels. This is probably the most luxurious, clean and well appointed property I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! The hosts (June and her son Jake) were so welcoming, polite and accommodating. They literally couldn't do enough.
