It’s clean, very close to the beach and supermarket, host is nice and attentive. Beautiful garden and Sea view.

Walls are paper thin between rooms so if you’re not comfortable waking up to loud noises of couples “making love” then consider another option.

I've stayed alone at this guesthouse before and absolutely lived it. This time I brought a friend with me from South Africa, and she simply couldn't believe the wonderful view! The kitchen on the rooftop is lovely, and it's bright and spacious. Good value for money, with an amazing sea view away from the crowds.

The owner is Russian and can't speak English. The parking is limited. When our car was blocked by other guest's car, I told the owner but she asked me to solve the problem myself. That was ridiculous! Main light bulbs didn't work and we found out at night.

The Guesthouse is a family business. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The landlord insisted on carrying my bag up to my room.The room is spacious, clean with a magnificent sea view. The bathroom is modern and clean. There is a bus station nearby, as well as many bakeries and groceries. Excellent value for the money, especially that Batumi hotels with similar characteristics are much more expensive. I pretty much enjoyed my stay.

The room is in the 3rd floor, and there's no elevator. I had to carry my heavy suitcase 3 floors when I checked out. In addition, it is very tiresome getting up and down the staircase each time I leave my room, other than this, I had such a wonderful time.
