Downtown Location Apartment - Amazing Terrace

Locatia foarte bună, apartamentul foarte curat, utilat.

The apt was clean and convenient . Location was good .

Lots of noise from the school and park next to the apt . Entrance thru a gangway looked a little spooky at first look if you were not familiar at all w the location .

Am avut o experiență plăcută.. Locația este centrală, aproape de toate atracțiile importante, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Apartamentul este spațioas și amenajat exact ca în poze, foarte potrivit pentru familii sau grupuri de prieteni. Terasa e un mareee bonus. Spațioasă și plăcut de stat la aer.

Sejurul a fost o încântare pentru noi. Locația este amplasată într-o zonă pietonală, animată (în special pe weekend) și, contrar așteptărilor, liniștită. În imediata apropiere găsești restaurante, autoservire, magazin alimentar, piață, magazine diverse, farmacie și tot ce ai nevoie. Este aproape de mijloacele de transport în comun, atât autobuze cât și metrou. Există chiar și transport cu autobuzele pe timp de noapte. Pentru persoanele care își doresc să descopere Bucureștiul, cazarea este una potrivită. Obiectivele turistice sunt amplasate în mare parte relativ aproape de locație. Zona mi s-a părut sigură. Apartamentul este destul de spațios. Am avut apă caldă. Patul și canapeaua sunt excelente. Mi s-a părut răcoros ținând cont de temperaturile ridicate de afară. Este prevăzut cu o terasă. Vecinii sunt liniștiți. Comunicarea cu gazda ușoară și rapidă. Mulțumim gazdei pentru cafeaua și ceaiul puse la dispoziție!

Nu aș spune că ,,nu mi-a plăcut.” Reformulez: ,,recomandările mele ar fi” că ar fi binevenită o igienizare (văruit), o curățare a florilor, repararea broaștei de la intrare (ușa nu stătea închisă fără a fi încuiată cu cheia), o lenjerie de pat completă pentru canapea, schimbarea capacul de la wc care, deși a fost schimbat, cred că nu se potrivea ca și mărime, și, de asemenea, o rolă de prosoape de bucătărie întreagă ar fi fost suficientă. Sunt amănunte care pe noi nu ne-au deranjat, însă pot face diferența.

+ The apartment was very clean, and during the entire week we did not encounter any unwanted pests (cockroaches, insects, etc.). This is especially pleasant given the high summer temperatures (+35°C). Of course, guests themselves should also maintain cleanliness and dispose of food waste regularly to avoid any problems. + The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen was of good quality and snow-white. There were more than enough towels for the entire week. + The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. + The washing machine functioned very well. + Right next to the apartment, there is an excellent shop for everyday needs and plenty of cafés in various price ranges. While most shopkeepers do not speak English fluently, they are friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. + We used Bolt taxis for daily travel — it was very convenient and affordable.

- The air conditioning is only in the living room; there is none in the bedroom, which can be challenging during hot weather. - The kitchen equipment is minimal — the frying pans are worn out and have no lid, there is only one small pot, and no bowls for preparing salads or other dishes. - There is no cooker hood above the stove. - For a week-long stay with three people, only one garbage bag and two rolls of toilet paper were provided — we had to buy extra ourselves. - There was no waste bin in the bathroom. - We could not find a broom or any equipment for cleaning the floors. - I would recommend that the owner spend a week living in the apartment with the current equipment to better understand what else might be needed for guest comfort.

La fel ca sejurul anterior, curat, confortabil, liniște. În plus proprietarul ne-a asigurat că dacă avem nevoie de prosoape, dată fiind perioada, ne va pune la dispoziție, însă de data aceasta ne-am adus de acasă, așa că nu am solicitat. Am rezervat din nou pentru încă 4 nopti, dacă vom avea nevoie de alte prosoape .vom solicita, pentru că este mai ușor să nu încărcăm bagajul, prosoapele fiind destul de voluminoase.
