"Not ready for Prime-Time"

The owner was a kind gentleman. It was safe.

The place wasn't ready to be used by a paying public. My son called it a small college dorm room which about fits. Basically everything missed the mark of a commercial property. The price was $64/night all in. At $30/night, I would have acceded to a good value. I feel sorry for the nice gentleman owner who didn't speak easily understandable English, but I appreciate getting honest reviews when I'm looking. I guess this was serious enough to instigate one of my very rare negative reviews. Also the advertisement descriptions and pictures were deceptive, but I'm not sure on purpose. It is a single room with 1 bed in a house. The home living areas are not available, so it is a room, door closed only. If my wife was with me, she would not have stayed.
